Workers Reworked is a gameplay mod that changes how AI workers are hired in Farming Simulator 25. Instead of instantly hiring a random helper, the mod adds a worker selection menu where you can choose who to employ.
The current WIP version starts the player with one available worker. As that worker gains XP and levels up, they earn Skill Points that can be spent in a separate Unlocks menu to recruit more workers. Each worker has their own name, role, wage, specialty, XP, level, and skill progression.

This mod is still in beta and actively being developed. The goal is to make workers feel more like real employees that progress over time instead of simple random helpers. Future updates are planned to add deeper skill trees, better worker effects, saving/loading progression, wage balancing, and more realistic worker management.
