FS25 Team Sync is a standalone Windows tool that makes it easy for your whole Farming Simulator 25 team to share savegames, mods, and team roles—all automatically synced via Google Drive Desktop.

Perfect for multiplayer groups, roleplay servers, and team farms, this tool removes all the manual copying, zipping, restoring, and mod-sharing headaches.

📌 Requirements

All team members must have these:

1️⃣ Google Drive for Desktop (Required)

2️⃣ All team members must log into Google Drive with the SAME Google account

This ensures everyone sees the same shared folder instantly.

📁 Required Google Drive Structure

Inside your Google Drive (after logging in), create the following folder structure:

├── saves/ ← Team save ZIPs uploaded by the app
└── team.json ← Team config (Managers & Farmers)

🛠️ How to Use
🔧 1. Install Google Drive for Desktop

Install → login with the same Google account your team uses.

📂 2. Run the FS25 Team Sync Tool

On first launch, configure:

- Your player name
- Local save folder (usually Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\savegame1)
- Local mods folder
- FS25 executable path

Google Drive root folder

Select your Google Drive directory → the tool auto-detects the FS25 shared folder.

⬆️ Uploading a Team Save

- Open the Team Saves tab
- Click Upload Team Save
- Enter a short changelog (required)
- The tool zips your save folder and uploads it to Google Drive → saves/
- Other users will instantly see it.

⬇️ Restoring a Team Save

- Go to Team Saves
- Click Download next to the save you want
- It restores directly over your savegame1 (auto-wipe → auto-extract)

📦 Installing Shared Mods

- Open the Mods tab
- Press Download next to any shared mod
- The tool copies the mod ZIP into your local FS25 mods folder
- If already installed → button shows Installed.

The tool reads team.json from the shared folder and displays:

- Managers (highlighted)
- Farmers
- Great for role-play or team-structured farms.
