Update of the AD route network for version 2.0 of the Negast map.

Unfortunately, the devil was in the details; nothing dramatic, but still a welcome update:
- AD debug for the route network set to disabled
- Collision detection set to 1.50m (vehicles were sometimes stopping at the guideposts)
- Approach points corrected for fields 9 and 29
- Improvement of the jumps (speed bumps)
