Because I've never encountered a mod from the author you're talking about.
bonjour je veux pas paraitre chient, je suis un encien agriculteur, et jais jamais passé le rouleau aprés avoir semer le maïs , non plus pour le blés car le semoir était équipé pour cela de petite roues qui font ce travail, quand au autres, céréals comme le tournesol, non plus, la seule chose que je roulait avec un rouleau c'était pour la prairie, donc quand on dis que c'est pour les flémards, je suis pas trop sur que ce soit la réalité, mais chacun son point de vue, et ne vous prenez pas la tête ce n'est qu'un jeu bien a vous.
It's everyone's choice. For example, I'm not particularly keen on rolling it after sowing because it's a waste of time.

I saw a similar mod, but it only worked with seeders.
So I decided to make a mod that would disable it for everything (seeders and planters).
мод хороший, но использовать ради этого исключительно только сеялки без удобрений - затратно.
I think so, I just haven't played on maps with new cultures, so I can't say anything.
