Hi, I save it in the mod folder, but it doesn't appear to activate the mod, inside the game.

Alternatively, you can open the modDesc file and decrease the version 100 > 92 or 98.
or select and download version 1.0.0.0

modDesc version updated to the latest version of the game 1.10.0.0 maybe you don't have an updated version of the game.
everything works for me!
