I don't know if I'm missing something, but I have an issue with soil moisture being Saturated all the time, I've set my region to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It only takes one day with 5mm of rain for all fields to be saturated and even three days of dry weather(on a 28 day cycle) didn't dry the ground at all. This makes no sense, I work in farming and there's just no way soil get saturated by 5mm, much less keep being saturated days later. Next day should be fine to do field work.
Have I missed something? Because I'm getting really annoyed by this. I have all field being saturated for 6 months, before I decided to start over and it still does the same. Sure it's not as dry in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as it is in Greece, but it's not swampland either.
EDIT: Looking at the numbers it seems to only be the Surface Moisture being an issue. It's too slow to dry and is almost never dropping below 100% nFK, the rest is fine within the realistic parameters.
EDIT 2: I tried forcing 10 days of dry weather in July temps between 20-25 degrees and humidity between 60-90% and not once did the nFK drop below 100%.

Love the mod, it has completely refreshed the game for me after 500 hours. I am having an issue with the moisture level of field not carrying over between save and exit states. I exit and when I re-enter the surface moisture level seems to reset to around 50%. It then rises and continues to rise to 150% despite their being no rain. I am playing on BallySpring which has a custom weather, could this be affecting it? Or can you think of any other conflicts that could be causing this? My crops have been waterlogged from planting and every field has been at max moisture all year round.

@Sauge I might have been unclear, but what you describe is also what I experience. That's what I did the "10 day test" to see what would happen. The nFK did move slightly, sometimes even down to about 106%, but then it would shoot up 20-25% for no apparent reason and the lightest of rainfall would bring it back up to 150%, like you describe.
