Enhanced Cheat Menu

Added lots of new features:

- Contracts (increased earnings, finish all tasks);
- No-clip, fly, increase walking speed, increase jump height, etc
- Change vehicle name, horsepower, maximal speed, weight
- On/off traffic and pedestrians
- Super strength
- Spawn menu (spawn vehicles, bales, pallets, etc)
- Hide HUD
- Instant plow / cultivate / etc
- And lots of new features!

+ slightly changed interface

Large in game cheat/mod menu with lots of options:

- Add X amount of money
- Repair vehicles
- Refuel
- Change of time, weather, seasons
- Teleportation
- Animal-related cheats
- Crop-related cheats
- And many other options!

Any ideas what should I add?
