INSTALLATION:
Installation in a vehicle mod
First, copy the file.
MoreDesignConfigurations.lua
from the scripts folder to the scripts folder of your vehicle mod.
Next, enter the following into the modDesc.xml file of your vehicle mod:

If your mod already has an <extraSourceFiles> section, you only need to add the <sourceFile> line there.
New configuration in the vehicle XML
After that, you can, for example, create a configuration in your vehicle's XML:
