Pennsylvania license plate swap for Riverbend Springs or any US based map.
Note: It's been a while since I've made a mod, so while testing to make sure it works it seemed a tad buggy. If you don't have a plate on your vehicle just go to the shop and change the plate letters and numbers and it should fix itself, tested it so it worked for me.
