I am working on another money mod, this time aimed towards realism to enhance your simulation or roleplay. The Realistic Bank Loan System is a system that mimics the in game loan system but with some added features. Read the features it will have below.
- Dedicated menu
- 4 Different loan types with different APR amounts. (Land, Equipment, Emergency, Operating)
- Automatic monthly payments
- The option to pay extra money or pay off the entire loan at any time to save some money on interest
- Selectable loan terms resulting in higher or lower monthly payments.
- More to come as we continue to work on the project!
So far the mod is working in single player, I'm adding more features as i think of them. Please if you have any ideas or input share with me!
