Realistic Bank Loan System

Many things have been added in the past week to increase the realism and enhance your immersion while using this mod. I have listed all the current features that will be featured in this mod. The mod is working in working order and should be released within the next week. I am polishing it up a bit and may add a few more features. I welcome everyone's ideas and feedback!

Current Features

- Realistic Agricultural Loans – Choose from multiple financing options, including operating, equipment, land, livestock, construction, and emergency loans.

- Realistic Interest Rates – Loan rates vary based on the type of financing, current bank rates, and your farm's financial standing.

- Automatic Monthly Payments – Scheduled loan payments are automatically processed each in-game month.

- Credit Score System – Your farm develops its own credit profile. Good payment history improves your score, while missed payments negatively affect it.

- Loan Application & Approval System – Loans must go through an application and approval process instead of simply giving the player instant money.

- Farm Asset Evaluation – The bank considers your farm's financial position when determining borrowing eligibility.

- Multiple Loan Officers – Applications are handled through Heartland Agricultural Bank's agricultural lending system for added roleplay and immersion.

- Loan Application & Origination Fees – New loans include realistic banking fees, with the remaining proceeds deposited into your farm account.

- Extra Principal Payments – Make additional $10,000 payments toward your loan whenever funds are available.

- Early Loan Payoff – Pay the entire remaining loan balance early.

- Refinancing – Eligible loans can be refinanced through the bank.

- Payment Deferrals – Qualified customers can request a payment deferral when needed.

- Late Fees & Delinquency – Missing payments results in late fees and increasingly serious account consequences.

- Collections System – Repeated missed payments can move an account from Past Due into Collections and eventually Default.

- Banking Restrictions – Farms with delinquent accounts may lose access to new loans, refinancing, and payment deferrals until their account returns to good standing.

- Customer Relationship System – Build your relationship with Heartland Agricultural Bank and progress through customer tiers such as Trusted Customer, Preferred Farmer, and Platinum Farm Partner.

- Dynamic Prime Rate – Bank interest rates can change over time, creating a more dynamic lending environment.

- Seasonal Financing Offers – Agricultural financing opportunities and rates can vary with the farming season.

- Monthly Loan Statements – Review principal, interest, remaining balances, payments, and account status.

- Secure Bank Inbox – Receive payment confirmations, loan decisions, past-due warnings, collection notices, default notices, and other important banking messages.

- Dedicated Banking Interface – Press B to access the Heartland Agricultural Bank dashboard and manage your farm's financing.

- Savegame Support – Loan balances, credit information, account status, relationship progress, and other financial data are saved with your game.

I am working on another money mod, this time aimed towards realism to enhance your simulation or roleplay. The Realistic Bank Loan System is a system that mimics the in game loan system but with some added features. Read the features it will have below.

- Dedicated menu
- 4 Different loan types with different APR amounts. (Land, Equipment, Emergency, Operating)
- Automatic monthly payments
- The option to pay extra money or pay off the entire loan at any time to save some money on interest
- Selectable loan terms resulting in higher or lower monthly payments.

So far the mod is working in single player, I'm adding more features as i think of them. Please if you have any ideas or input share with me!
