The Farm Manager in FS25 – More than just farming
With the new farm manager system in Farming Simulator 25, the depth of the game is significantly expanded. Players no longer just take on the role of a farmer in the field, but develop into real entrepreneurs with strategic decisions and long-term planning.
Contracts and business relationships
A central feature is the ability to conclude contracts with different companies. Whether supply agreements for grain, long-term cooperation with dairies or short-term orders - the player decides which deals are worth it. Market prices, demand and timing play a crucial role.
Calls from companies
Dynamic calls bring additional variety into the game. Companies contact the player directly with offers, special orders or spontaneous deals. These can be particularly lucrative – or risky when deadlines are tight or requirements are high.

The Farm Manager allows you to build your own team. Players can hire employees, assign them tasks and optimize their efficiency. Different skills and specializations ensure that the right HR strategy is crucial for success.

Economic skills are becoming more important than ever: taking out loans, planning investments and keeping an eye on ongoing costs are part of everyday life. Players have to decide whether they want to grow or whether they prefer to play safety. Wrong decisions can quickly lead to financial bottlenecks.
