Connecting Tow Cable adds a system for quickly connecting equipment with a tow cable. The mod allows you to manually connect two units of equipment to each other using a physical cable, using the existing attacher points of the equipment.
The mod is great for:
towing stuck equipment;
evacuation of tractors from mud;
creating realistic rescue and transport situations;
teamwork of equipment in difficult conditions;
The cable has physics and visually connects the equipment with each other, creating the effect of a real towing cable.
Multiplayer has not been tested.

- The slave can now be towed in reverse. If you attach our stuck equipment to the rear, then when the towing assistance mode is activated, the assistant will turn on the reverse gear!
The towing assistant system has been rewritten. Now there is no choice of steering mode, we just turn on the assistant mode, and it follows us exactly in our wake. I think this is the best option, as it is easier to press buttons and easier to perceive.
You can also increase or decrease the distance of the assistant to you, the default is 0. You can change all the mod keys in the settings.
This is still a beta version.
As a test, assistant modes have been added to the driven vehicle, now it can accelerate. 2 steering modes have also been introduced. direct and follow me. They still work crookedly. If the equipment has different control systems, the steering will not be copied.
