Adjustable capacity multiplier using the same scale

Does not modify fuel, DEF, or any non-material fill units

Default Keybinds
Toggle Boost ON/OFF: Left ALT + B
Increase Discharge Multiplier: Left ALT + N
Increase Capacity Multiplier: Left ALT + M
