change of semi/harvest periods to correspond to France plus Rowcrops for corn, silage corn, sunflower, soya, fava bean, beet, sorghum and PDT crops.
Simply replace the xml of each crop in foliage.
Added winter wheat and winter barley crops and corrected crop destruction for sorghum
