In real agriculture, not every farmer owns all the land he cultivates. Значительная часть полей может находиться в аренде. This mod adds similar mechanics to Farming Simulator 22 and allows you to expand your farm without having to immediately buy the land at full cost. After installing the mod, an additional “RENT” button appears in the standard land purchase menu. Select the desired plot, confirm the contract - and get the opportunity to use the land for farming.
How the rental works:
When concluding a contract, you must make a one-time deposit in the amount of:
10% of the total cost of the plot
For example, if the purchase of land costs €500,000, you will need to pay €50,000 to start the lease.
After this, every in-game month the rent is automatically debited from your account in the amount of:
0.5% of the total cost of the plot per month
For a plot worth 500,000 €, the monthly rent will be 2,500 €.
This way, you can start using an expensive field without spending the entire amount on its purchase at once.
The mod supports simultaneous rental of several plots. Все активные договоры сохраняются вместе с сохранением игры, а общая арендная плата автоматически рассчитывается и списывается при смене месяца.
Construction on leased land is limited, as the plot remains leased and does not become the player's full property.
Current version status:
This is the first public version of the mod. It has been tested in normal single player play and is currently stable, but it is not possible to test it with all maps, saves and other script mods in advance.
