It's impossible to download the mod because it's uploaded to this extremely strange website. If you try to download it, you'll be redirected constantly, and all you'll get is some useless junk that nobody needs, not the mod itself. Therefore, I would absolutely not recommend this mod unless you want to spend half an hour repeatedly clicking download without ever getting the advertised mod.
