Full Power – Slim Design
- The ProfiLine FZ front loaders are made from fine-grained steel. Advantage: High stability and torsional rigidity combined with a slim and lightweight design.
- The loader boom is bent from a single piece of steel. Control rods are built inside the boom. All hydraulic lines are well protected but remain easily accessible underneath the boom.
- The front loader has low own weight but immense performance strength. The reduced weight minimizes strain on the tractor’s front axle, significantly extending its lifespan.
- To avoid the regular replacement of hose lines within the booms as required by DIN 20066, we use wear-free steel hydraulic pipes in this area.
Z-Kinematics – Best Visibility and High Performance
- The mechanical parallel guidance linkage is inside the loader booms—the foundation of Z-kinematics.
- This allows for clear visibility for the driver. No parts obstruct the view above the loader. Another plus: The front loader can be mounted closer to the driver’s cab, reducing the strain on the tractor due to optimally placed mounting parts.
- No loss of lifting power. Front loaders with Z-kinematics have even greater lifting and breakout forces.

Because the loader boom is made of lighter fine-grained steel, it results in an exceptionally slim design. Additionally, all pipes and lines are positioned so that they do not obstruct the driver’s field of vision. The mechanical parallel guidance linkage is inside the loader boom, thanks to Z-kinematics. The hydraulic accumulator of Comfort-Drive is placed optimally within a crossbar.
