I’m still experiencing the same surface moisture issue reported by other users in the comments, even after trying the newer version you shared. After loading my savegame, the surface moisture starts at around 60%. It initially decreases, but then begins to rise again without any rain or irrigation. It eventually exceeds 100% nFK and can remain above 100% for several in-game days, even with consistently dry weather. It decreases very slowly and may then start increasing again without any precipitation. This makes the soil appear waterlogged for long periods, even when the weather conditions should allow it to dry out. The problem seems to affect surface moisture specifically. I also noticed the earlier report describing a 10-day dry-weather test, where surface moisture stayed above 100% nFK and sometimes increased by 20–25 percentage points without an apparent reason. My experience seems very similar. Could you please investigate whether surface moisture is being recalculated or increased incorrectly after loading a savegame, or whether the evaporation and water-balance calculations can cause these increases during dry weather? Also, should nFK be capped at 100%, with excess water displayed separately, as mentioned in the changelog? I’m using the Małopolska Wieś map in FS25. I can provide my log and savegame details if they would help identify the cause.
Hello, I’d like to start by praising this realistic mod and the work that’s gone into it. I’d like to ask whether it’s actually working properly now and whether it’s possible to play without any issues with field moisture. And my second question: is it compatible with Dural’s ‘More Realistic’ mod? Because I can’t imagine playing the game without it anymore. Thank you for your reply.
@Patrik Vendelberger From what I’ve checked, it works, but it amplifies the effect. I set a `maxHeight` in the map so I could adjust it.
Even as a Pole, I really like this mod, but there are a few things that need to be fixed. First, when I open the price menu, my FPS drops from around 60 to just a few FPS, and it displays unrealistically high prices, close to infinity per ton (99999999...). Second, barley, oats, and soybeans are shown in the price menu in liters instead of kilograms. I'm looking forward to an update, and if these issues are fixed, I would gladly download and use this mod. I hope development will continue.
