He is legit, known him since FS22. It's no different than buying things online and they get your billing address. If the map doesn't work make sure you have the required mods to go with it.
I have downloaded and use many of Newell Gaming's mods from FS22 & FS25 and have never had an issue. Might want to check whatever else you downloaded.
I'm so happy to see this house again! It's been my favorite since FS19! So thank you for that. Will you be able to fix the color not changing on the back side of the house on the 2nd floor outside? Otherwise awesome job!
