This Cold Storage has some neat little features, more design options which will be listed below. I built this shed back in 19 for a guy I played Mp with at the time. It can be found on Morton's Website as I tried to be as close as possible to the real thing.

🔴New Snow mesh on the roof, light white dusting when lightly snowing.
🔴Inside Areas added so when your vehicle goes inside the shed the sound changes and echoes like your inside a building (neat touch by Giants)
🔴Has lots of individual colorable meshes, so you can really color this building how you want, and that's all thanks to ThundR's Design Kit Script.

🔴Rain comes out of the downspouts just like my shop when it rains, will be on every one of my buildings to add a little more realism.
🔴Design configs on the building have you choosing full Concrete Floor or More of a gravel floor, also side window panel option and a Weather Vein option to have or not.
