The Idas Salaš 8T two-axle agricultural trailer is a universal trailer designed for transporting and unloading cereals, turnips, sunflowers and rapeseed and the like, as well as for transporting difficult-to-unload cargo, such as cover crops, silage, turnip paste, up to a maximum load weight of 8 tons. This trailer can also be used for road transport, as it has all the lighting and signaling devices required by applicable law and generally complies with the prescribed legislation. The trailer can also be used for transportation on Polish roads and plots. If necessary, the user can remove the upper sides himself, thus obtaining a classic low-side trailer. The trailer is equipped with hydraulic equipment that allows unloading the cargo, i.e. lifting the cargo compartment. The trailer has the possibility of unloading (tipping) the cargo from both sides. The trailer's braking, i.e. deceleration and stopping, is made possible by drum brakes mounted on all four wheels, which are operated by compressed air. For this purpose, a pneumatic installation of a "single-line" system is installed on the trailer.
