I had already converted that mod on my own into FS25 fully with FS25 shader and had asked the original creator of the FS17 dlc / FS19 mod for permission to publish, and he said he'd only allow mods to be uploaded by his friend johndeere2450, so if this gets published, there had definetly been no permission to do so.
