So for anyone Updating to the newest Version:
The Mod doesnt get recognized by the Game anymore! So either stay with the old Version until next Update or Edit the modDesc.xml!
The problem is the missing English Language.
to correct it, it should look something like this:
<title>
<en>Meat Processing Plant</en>
<br>Planta de Processamento de Carnes</br>
<pt>Planta de Processamento de Carnes</pt>
</title>
because English is the fallback language for mod metadata.

The mod has been updated; the fix is now available in the download link.
@Tankieboy if it's not there then your game isn't updated, or the mod version is incompatible. Maybe opening the mod's zip file and changing the mod version will work; try lowering the version to 91.
