The mod has been updated; the fix is now available in the download link.
@Tankieboy if it's not there then your game isn't updated, or the mod version is incompatible. Maybe opening the mod's zip file and changing the mod version will work; try lowering the version to 91.

@Tankieboy I need you to be a little more specific. Are you saying it doesn't appear in the construction tab or on the map in general? Because it has a specific category, located below the decorations.
@Tankieboy I just tested it and it worked normally, maybe try removing and reapplying the structure, since I changed i3d.
