Would it be possible to have a non brand variant of this mod? I mean as in the anime girl signs removed from the buildings because this mod would be awesome to use in a oldtime roleplay, but the anime girl signs would break the immersion.

Are you sure this is for Fs25 ? It didn't install for me or at least it doesn't show up in store anywhere nor can it be added to any savegames.
