The following year, they opened a sawmill to harvest the native oak. John G Owen hired Quincy Thomas; a civil engineer, to survey a town site in 1887, The streets, alleys and parks were dedicated to the public for their perpetual use, and the village was Owen dale . The sawmill burned in 1896, and the Owen dale area turned from lumbering to agriculture. Credits for the Modder's helped me out on this map. When owning the first farm u need to buy the grain dryer to make the grain dryer work properly . When you store your regular grain the the dryer it will not show in the map silo info area. Now if you have dried products it will show. If you wanna store non dry products I would use a regular Silo. 8/19/2025 update so you can mow Alfalfa No knew game . You can still play on your saved game. 11/13/25 New save game required. Onions Now work from the Highlands DLC . You can fish in the pond at the school. You can sale onions at the farmers Market. I have changed the lighting at the pond as well. I took out No Creek Farm house so It can pass Giants for console testing. 12/16/25 New save game required The Carpentry icon fixed . Added a liquid Fert and Herbicide and Water Behind The pioneer Dealer and a few small bug fixes.

Thier is 32 fields small to medium and large fields and thier is not much forestry But there is a sawmill if you would like to create a forest. Thier is 7 productions in town and their is a grain dryer on the main farm as well. You can buy seed lime and fertilizer at the pioneer dealer as well. When it rains the drain ditches will fill up with water. Their is also Percesion Farming implemented in the map by default as well. The area is based from Saginaw Michigan. So more farming than logging. There is also white tail deer that come out in the fall as well as wild turkeys.

There is a River, lake, and a large stream run thru the map. There are 4 farms located on the map. Eastern, Southern, Western and Central. You must buy the land before you can use or sell the buildings. Custom sugar beet piler factory for added realism with sugar beet harvesting. When owned by player, the piler will give you tare dirt. Take dirt back to field and dump. Dirt piles can be leveled and will disappear when using any field working implements. If not owned by player it will be a sell point without tare dirt.
