Some progress was made over the summer—unfortunately not as much as hoped—but things should pick up again from now on. Among other things, the photos show the chestnut orchard, the pine nut plantation, and the nursery with its cold storage facility for pallets.

- Environment, surroundings, and buildings: 5%
- Production facilities: 20%
- Farms: 0%
There will be a few new additional fruits and fill-types: compost, organic waste, chestnuts, pine nuts, basil, ricotta, whey, chickpeas, and dried tomatoes.
