I started from scratch and managed to get profitable, kind off...
I have a huge amount to pay monthly - about 110k, but I do it by taking a lot of contracts.
I own a lot of vehicles and implements, also a fair share of fields.
The debt is mostly for the vehicles, but I needed money to buy the Copper Creek Farm and build a house, a lot of new sheds, a huge greenhouse and orchards.
Bonus, I placed all the factories and made them owned by AI. Also you will find a nice kart track near the farm.
The save game starts in April year 4, weeding the spinach and seeding the long grain rice. You also have a wheat field, 2 grass fields, an alfalfa one and a clover field. Some grains in the silo (soybean to be sold in july). All animals except horses, well fed and with some feed in stock.
Remember to take contracts.
Reccomend the current settings 4 days/month at 3 - 5x time. The map is huge and takes time to fulfill the contracts.
