A car dealership that pays you rent for your property. You rent a small part of your land from the Albrecht family, who are building a second pillar in your village with their car dealership. This ensures you a daily income of €1,500 and the neighbors are also delighted because instead of a noisy and ugly windmill they can now marvel at great cars.

Please note, important note:
Immediately after putting an error message in the log, this is fixed forever after restarting the game. The cause is MODs can't run some LUA script callbacks, but it works fine when the game is started with the MOD placed.
So reboot and you will be fine!
