And for those who still don't understand: GIANTS Software's official ModHub Terms (§3.1–3.2) explicitly protect the original creator's rights and require that mods do not infringe third-party copyrights. EU Directive 2009/24/EC, Article 4, gives copyright holders exclusive rights over reproduction, modification and distribution of their software, subject to limited legal exceptions. Abandoning a project does NOT cancel copyright, uploading code to GitHub does NOT grant redistribution rights, and slapping credits on someone else's code does NOT constitute permission. A rushed AI conversion from FS22 to FS25 doesn't magically make you the author either. Without a valid license or permission, republishing copied code can constitute copyright infringement. These are actual legal rules, not personal opinions.
@DRHD367 Just because a mod has been abandoned doesn't mean it's free to take. The original code has no open-source license, and this is essentially a direct copy with a rushed AI conversion to FS25. Giving credit doesn't replace permission, and abandoning a project doesn't remove the original author's copyright.
@Hackerek Do proper research then, and it has problems... Keep speed and other UI related things does not sit properly, I can clearly tell that you rushed it really fast with AI, without testing almost anything. Very sad release from you.
Very bad update to limit steering wheel rotation. It breaks other mods that adjusts steering wheel rotation. I suggest you remove it very quickly.
