You’re mistaken! Test Runner is a program for checking mods for errors. It doesn’t matter where you publish the mod—on ModHub or anywhere else—you are required to test it. Yes, I agree that testing with Test Runner is mandatory for ModHub, but why not do it for other mods as well? If you had tested your mod, you would have found, for example, 109.83 MB of unused textures, as well as other errors that are easy to fix.
Please use Test Runner before publishing the mod.
