Yes because HWF was also converted without permission. It's about respecting peoples work. And even more so when it's my work and my friends that is used without permission.
Unless someone has a patent on a mod, a copyright certificate, any mod is up for grabs unfortunately.
No one will copyright a mod. That doesn't mean it is up for grabs. And the comments now mean people are at least informed
