Finally a GEO for the three valleys map 🌍🌐🌞

the creation, for a better gaming experience, of a GEO seasons mod extension named Gascogne in reference to the geographical location of the Map. This extension adds the realistic management of all the crops in the map, the economic variations of the products according to the season and the management of the families of plants to allow the rotations of new crops.
