I dont think this mod works on MP or Servers, this line is missing from the modDesc.xml, <multiplayer supported="true" /> this should be pasted under this line, <iconFilename>icon.dds</iconFilename> apart from that the mod works great.
This causes half second micro stutters on my saves - was able to isolate/reproduce down to this mod being the cause.
