Indicators flash almost as a solid light and are way to fast. Arrows on dash are correct speed

I am unable to located the trigger to remove parked vehicles even after saving the game and coming back into the map

Found it. Had to use keyboard and mouse. Didn’t show up on Xbox controller on pc
