Is there a solution to the mod not showing up in the game? It shows in the selecting-screen when starting, but the vehicles are not in the shop.
Do you have the NoElite Farming store icon? Check the logs to see what it says. My best guess is that windows is blocking the ZIP file. If so, try to unzip it into the mods folder - and delete the zip.
