I have a few suggestions. It would be nice to have an area of approximately 1.5 hectares to build a farm, with smaller plots of land around it that could be acquired to make the farm larger. Also, the farm in the far right corner of the map, located at the very end, is unbuildable in half of the area; a "restricted area" message appears. If possible, add new paintable textures as well. It's worth modifying the shop; it's annoying to have to make purchases far away, near the parking lot. They could appear a little closer. Furthermore, I miss having a vehicle in the shop to help load bags, pallets, and things like that into your vehicle. Another suggestion would be to set opening hours for better realism.
